My name is Phil Mills, I have been selling real estate for 20 years in Arizona and California. I have successfully sold and closed over 300 homes. During that time I have seen a lot of changes in the marketplace. Up markets, down markets and everything in between. I have worked with hundreds of home buyers and sellers, mom and pop investors, institutional investors as well as my own investments. From traditional sales, FLIPS, REO(Bank owned sales)to negotiating hundreds of short sales during the financial crises, 2% interest rates, 9% interest rates, the pandemic market...there isn't much I haven't seen. I'm not saying that to brag, quite the opposite, the market is incredibly dynamic and I am always striving to learn and excel when it shifts and changes. Real Estate rarely stays the same for more than one season.
When I'm not selling real estate I enjoy spending free time with my bride, kids & dog. My kids are older now, two in college and one living on his own, but we still manage to see each other quite often. I have a great love for the outdoors, whether it be hiking in the Arizona mountains & trails, or just walking on the beach in California, I always feel balanced in nature. As I've gotten older I put more value on the time I have and how I spend it.
I count myself lucky because I truly enjoy real estate, you might say, I geek out on it. My kids make fun of me because on vacation I love to look at houses & prices. I likely brainwashed my wife over the years because she loves it to! Regrettably, I must confess, I watch the bad realtor TV shows, the flipping shows and I spend hours on youtube real estate channels! From researching trends, investment opportunities, to helping provide value to my clients, I enjoy it all. If there is something you just want to know about real estate, I'm your guy.
I enjoy meeting people and learning new things. I am always available to answer your questions, review your unique situation and discuss your best options. You can call, text or email anytime! I hope to meet you soon and help you along your journey.
Thank you,
Phil
